Mayor of the City of Prague to Visit Malta

Dr Pavel Bem, Mayor of the City of Prague will be visiting Malta on the 24th October in connection with Czech Cultural Week being held at St James Cavalier, Centre for Creativity in Valletta.

Dr Bem will be paying courtesy calls on The President of Malta, Prof. Guido de Marco, The Prime Minister of Malta, Dr Edward Fenech Adami, The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Dr Joe Borg and the Mayor of the City of Valletta, Dr Paul Borg Olivier.

Dr Bem will also attend the Czech National Day Reception being held at the Malta Chamber of Commerce in Valletta.

On Saturday 25th October, Dr Bem will be travelling to Gozo to inaugurate "Prague Square" in the town of Gharb, after which he will be holding talks with the Mayor of Gharb, Mr David Apap. Whilst in Gozo, Dr Bem will be paying a courtesy call on The Hon. Mrs Giovanna Debono, Minister of Gozo at the Ministry in Victoria.
